Book Tokyo Airport Transfer Tickets

It was simple to buy and redeem with the QR code. The only difficult thing was finding a ticket machine to exchange the QR code for a physical ticket. The station listed on the site did not have a machine which accepted the QR code.

Great service, just one click and then exchange the QR code at the stations to get the ticket and you are ready to travel on the tokyo subway.

Good value.But did ot cover Keiyo line to our hotel in Shiomi Would have liked instructions to use yellow machines to get on trian. Had early confusion trying to use touch pads rather than the swipe in

Good deal, it's worth the price

We weren't able to use the tickets to redeem one day passes at all. The qr code didn't work at the subway station.

Convenience of use. Very practical

Worth the price, but the only bad thing for me is the difficulty for finding a station office when you're not from Japan

It was an experience like no other. A defo if you visit Tokyo with enough time to go there.

The forest exhibit was definitely the most engaging, we enjoyed catching animals in the forest and jumping between planets. The water exhibit was also great and the organization impeccable despite the fact that there were many people there were never any queues inside. Headout did not allow me to book 4 tickets at the same time but the reception staff allowed us to do so anyway by entering at 6:30 p.m. so we enjoyed it even more.

The Subway e-ticket could be easily exchanged for a regular ticket using the QR code at the corresponding machine and admission to teamLab Planets also worked without any problems with the e-ticket. In addition, a visit to the teamLab Planets is very worthwhile in my opinion because the facility is unique and fascinating. So all in all, nothing to complain about & definitely recommended 😊👍🏻

Busy so difficult to take pics without others in. Lights were a little dizzying at times. Overall I enjoyed it, but compared to other activities I did during my visit it was avarage. Think it's more fun for groups (I'm a solo traveller).

An experience without much more, you can see that they sell a lot of tickets for each shift and it is overflowing there. If you are looking to take the typical pictures you see on instagram forget it because there are people everywhere. They don't put a time limit for each room, which is great, but it gives the feeling that precisely for that reason everything is very crowded? In our case the photos didn't matter to us although it also affects not being able to see any of the rooms "uncluttered".

Loved the time there. The only thing is that the 24 hrs tkt provided thats great but its not valid on the last leg from toyusu to the last station. Else the time here was super duper

we just tap the qr code in the scanner and thats it, we were able to enter in the planet lab easily. we love the flowers and the forest

Team lab planets was a fully immersive fun and unique experience for the entire family Would highly recommend It's a bit out of the way but the 24 hour subway pass definitely pays for itself

Easy to enter, little waiting time, museum was very full but you could still really enjoy the visit. It was an interesting experience.

I enjoyed water part the most as I can touch and feel with the art directly. I love the orchid room. I lost interest at the forest part. I realised that I have my 24h metro ticket at the last day, so it was not that efficiemt that I did not use it as much as possible lol. Anyway, the headcount application is useful and easy to use. I did not having any difficulty for both tickets. I will deffinately recommend to my friends.

Thought I bought Airport to Shinjuku, but it turns out, the tickets were for Shinjuku to Airport. I have since tried to use the tickets for our return trip to Narita, but I have not received any confirmation of the booking. I am concerned I have lost my booking and my money.

The nighttime ride into Tokyo was amazing. The city lights, the 3 dimensionality of the highways and streets were very impressive.

It was very easy to change my booking at the Narita information desk to an earlier deprture. The entire experience, including the online booking, was seamless.

At most ticket machines my pass doesn't work. I must go to service window Not smooth like I was promised

We are currently in Japan and the only issue we had was receiving our passes before we departed. It seems that the service was having issues with communicating back to us. But we did finally receive them before the trip.

Traveling by train and using the Raylwayd Pass is always a pleasure. The punctuality, reliability and friendly staff make rail travel in Japan an exceptional experience. The ability to move around the inner terminals at any time opens up access to the stores and restaurants located there. That's great.

Amazing way to see Japan. Traveling by Shinkansen was an experience in itself. Highly recommend getting the Green Car if you want extra comfort.

I spent too much time traveling to JR stations I steward of enjoying my trip and there is none to help international traveler's the few people that were there barely made any effort to help., or or they were so busy they offered quick complicated answers, which in the end cost us a lot of additional money and time Never doing JR againP

Activation at Narita Airport was quick. Staff spoke enough English to help us easily. Only suggestion: better signage at some stations.

Trains were great but wish it was easier to reserve seats online. Sometimes had to wait at the counter. Otherwise, an excellent service.

Was expecting a minibus as advertised. To our surprise it was only a van. Our luggages did not fit and we had to book 1 more car to bring us to the airport. Will not book again

Super easy and quick, saved us a lot of time at subway stations which was perfect as we had such a short amount of time in Tokyo

It was quite convenient to have these tickets. Claiming the Skyliner tickets were easy, both times -- at the airport and the Ueno (city) station to go back. The 72-Hour unlimited ticket though--OMG, what a long and tiring way to get/"claim" it at Shibuya station. Maybe if I'd gone to or come from a smaller station, it would've been easier. Then on the Skyliner, yes, it's nice, fast, good price (and even better when buying here on Headout, when it's discounted), but the interval time was quite long, so if your timing isn't good, you'll wait a really long time for your ride. Meanwhile, for the 72-Hour subway unlimited ride, it really is only worth it if you travel a lot. But if you are staying at a hotel that's centrally located and will stay in and walk around the area, then you can't use the ticket much, and it wasn't so worth the time claiming it, besides the cost. It's my own fault to not have done enough research or made decisions on what to do before I decided to buy. Otherwise, this purchase made traveling in Tokyo convenient (definitely having an unlimited card saves time vs. buying every journery--unless you have that Suica/IC Card, which it turned out I did from my 2014 trip which still worked) and helped saved some money.
