• Entry to Ghibli’s Grand Warehouse is limited to a designated time slot, so late arrivals will not be admitted.
• Children up to 3 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus seats or lunch.
• Allergy-friendly and gluten-free meals are not available.
• The tour includes a visit to an additional museum after the park, which varies depending on the day of travel. Possible stops include the Aichi Museum of Flight, Toyota Automobile Museum, or Seto Kura Museum. From June 2026 onward, the Aichi Museum of Flight will be closed for renovation and will not be part of the itinerary.
• The tour may be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not met or if Ghibli Park is closed due to weather or other reasons.

• Press the “Start Use” button before scanning the QR code at the ticket gate.
• The ticket becomes valid from the first gate entry and is valid for 24, 48, or 72 hours depending on the option selected.
• Tickets must be used on the smartphone device where the QR code is stored. If the device cannot display the ticket (for example due to battery depletion), regular fare will be required.
• Multiple tickets purchased in one transaction can be distributed to other smartphone devices before first use so passengers can travel separately.

• A QR code issued upon reservation completion is necessary for ticket collection. Ensure you can display the QR code on a device or have a printed copy.
• Vouchers must be exchanged for a physical ticket at ticket vending machines located in main stations of Tokyo Metro Subway or Toei Subway.
• The pass allows for unlimited access to Tokyo Metro Subways and Toei Subways.
• The physical ticket will indicate the expiration date and time. Passengers can exit the station after the expiration time if they enter within the valid period.

• Tip: Step into Drawing on the Water Surface exhibit to stroll amid koi fish. Witness a visual marvel as they morph into flowers upon contact.

• You will be asked to remove your footwear in the installation.
