The ticket booking experience was seamless. I had tried booking at asoview and lost money twice in the same day without getting tickets booked. I have to follow up with them for refund. On the other hand, headout booking experience was seamless and very quick. I got the tickets very fast . Thank you for keeping a simple and easy interface It was during sakura season and there were lot of foreign tourists. But the crowds were reasonably well managed. It was a bit cloudy, so the views were not very clear till the distant horizon.

The discount with the 2 attractions is great for my wallet. We picked a good day to enjoy Joypolis when it rained that day. We got the unlimited pass and the lines weren't terribly long so we could try many rides and experiences on a week day. I imagine the lines in weekend would be very long. As for Skytree we picked the last entry time to enjoy the night view. We were not disappointed. What a beautiful view from up there to see the Tokyo nightlife. It also gets less crowded if you wait a little after most people leave. What we didn't like was the tickets from headout never showed up in my email until the next day. We're glad that the Joypolis customer service was able to help us get our tickets that day. We did have to wait out the 30 minutes delay that headout initially estimated after the purchase was completed. After that waiting period was over the customer service was more than happy to help us get our tickets manually.

You can easily exchange your online ticket for a paper ticket at the machine. The best time is just before sunset. The view of Tokyo at night is indescribable.

The ticketing experience was very good and it all went well, however the destination was super crowded and it was a very uncomfortable & overwhelming experience. This obviously has nothing to do with Headout and I would certainly use Headout again for ticket purchases.

Employees were nice. Curiously, one seemed to herd us off at wrong location. Ponchos were provided when it rained. Audio guides were easy to follow and informative.

Weekdays vs Weekends: Weekdays are generally the better choice if you’re aiming for a relaxed and crowd-free experience. Lines at the ticket counters and elevators move faster, and the observation decks are more spacious, making it easier to enjoy the panoramic views or snap photos. Weekends and public holidays tend to draw more local visitors, especially families and tour groups.

Peak vs Low Seasons: Spring (March–May) and autumn (October–November) are the most popular times to visit due to pleasant weather and clear skies, ideal for spotting Mount Fuji from the top. However, these seasons also bring more tourists. Summer (June–August) sees fewer visitors due to heat and humidity, while winter (December–February) offers crisp air and some of the clearest views of the city, though it can get chilly on the observation decks.
