The train was quick and comfortable. The only hiccup is picking up the tickets: there are two counters with long lines of tourists but only one allows pickup of etickets. But this fact is not clearly marked so it's possible to wait in line for nothing. Would be great to address which counter to go to, or improve the sinage at the airport, or allow etickets without pickup.
Convenient closeness from Taxi drop off was great. The QR code from online booking was not the ticket. Still need to go to ticket machine.
This is my first time visit Japan and I was thrilled to take this skyline train to Narita airport yesterday. The Uneo station location is very convenient. The only drawback was no elevator access from the ground entrance to the lower level ticketing and the gate.
The booking is very easy, the process and the payment. And the price had discount too. We were departed from Nippori Station, direction to the gate is very clear, the schedule is very sharp, and most of all the train is very cozy (we had reserved seat one).
Once we arrived at Nippori station, there was great signage to locate the Skyliner train and ticket station. We caught the next train, which was 20 minutes after we arrived, and experienced a very relaxing trip to terminal 1 at Narita Airport, even though it was raining outside. We were in a great frame of mind to do a little duty free shopping at Narita (japaneese whisky for me plus cologne for my son), and enjoyed one last great sushi lunch before catching our flight. Thanks Skyliner for making that leg of our journey an easy one.
Ticket booth easy to find. Plenty of room in front of seats for large travel suitcases plus overhead storage for carry on sized suitcases. Regular services. Train announcements on Japanese and English.
Was simple to use and convinient - just what is needed when I'd landed in Japan and didn't want any issues when getting to the hotel!
Pre-paying for a ticket saves so much time as you will see a line forming at the ticket counter for everyone who did not pre-book a ticket. I simply just went to the other ticket counter and they printed out my physical ticket. Seats are great and super clean, tons of space for luggage and the ride is picturesque and smooth!
It was quick & easy for me to change my voucher yo a ticket. The instructions were clear. Each carriage of the train was thoroughly cleaned before passengers entered. The screen showed the next station & other information. Having my own reserved seat was good. The signs in the station helped me yo find where to go to catch my plane at Narita airport.
Whole process was seamless. From receiving the QR code via email to exchanging for train tickets, experience was positive. Very nice!
It was easy to buy the tickets in advance, but when I had to get them at the airport, I couldn't find the qr code in the email. It can only be found in the app, but luckily I found it.
Lineup to get tickets was long but the reserved seat is nice. There is space to store large luggage and there were no delays. The view is also great!
It was easy to buy and reclaim the ticket. The train is also very comfortable as all seats are reserved and it doesn't stop often.
Easy to purchase (much easier than the Keisei Skyliner website itself). The directions weren't 100% thorough, as I still had to figure out which kiosk to go to (went to the wrong one at first), but luckily we went to the station a little bit ahead of time.
Train was fast, online and clean. Easy signage to get my very jetlagged self from the arrivals area and onto the train.
Easily able to enter the gates going to Narita but exiting had complications. Instead, I had to fall in line to get the conductor to scan my QR code when I could have just walked through the gates hassle free.
We were able to pre-purchase tickets on the Skyliner express to go from Ueno station to Tokyo's Narita airport. This was a fast and comfortable journey to complete our holiday.
Easy to pays the ticket in internet with the credit card / easy to see the road to take the train / the lot of information and the people how help us to take the good train
Easy to buy on the website, then easy to convert it into tickets either QR code at the station ticket machine. The train ride was efficient and comfortable too.
Made it easy! Follow the signs to the Kessi Skyliner (KS) train, and use the machine (not the ticket counter) to scan the QR code and get your tickets.
Purchasing the tickets was really simple
I was able to buy the Skyliner train tickets from home (Mexico). The process was smooth, instructions clear.
This was fast and easy. And tickets came immediately.
It did what it said it would do on the tin!
Helpful and warm staff at the ticket exchange counter

I would spend more time explaining to your customers the difference between your two QR codes. I was quite humbling showing a QR code to a ticket attendant and them condescendingly telling me I was mistaken with my claim....HOWEVER.. after some linguistic savy, was able to get all included tickets andpassrs. Above all uite easy to use. 4 out of 5 ****
Cheaper price,,qr code
Unlimited rides in Tokyo , so convieance, it's great value
It was quite convenient to have these tickets. Claiming the Skyliner tickets were easy, both times -- at the airport and the Ueno (city) station to go back. The 72-Hour unlimited ticket though--OMG, what a long and tiring way to get/"claim" it at Shibuya station. Maybe if I'd gone to or come from a smaller station, it would've been easier. Then on the Skyliner, yes, it's nice, fast, good price (and even better when buying here on Headout, when it's discounted), but the interval time was quite long, so if your timing isn't good, you'll wait a really long time for your ride. Meanwhile, for the 72-Hour subway unlimited ride, it really is only worth it if you travel a lot. But if you are staying at a hotel that's centrally located and will stay in and walk around the area, then you can't use the ticket much, and it wasn't so worth the time claiming it, besides the cost. It's my own fault to not have done enough research or made decisions on what to do before I decided to buy. Otherwise, this purchase made traveling in Tokyo convenient (definitely having an unlimited card saves time vs. buying every journery--unless you have that Suica/IC Card, which it turned out I did from my 2014 trip which still worked) and helped saved some money.
Staff was very helpful and kind, provided clear explanations on how to use of tickets.

Just visited the garden area with shoes bcoz many people at the water area, guess the feet will be very cold after wet, I think it's not a good idea during winter, also the time slot only 1 hour which absolutely not enough time to visit 2 areas. Further more, my time slot was 2:30 and arrived at 2:00 but staffs didn't allow us to line up, even though the sign indicated 2-2:30 pm session, finally, we got in at 2:40 pm
The experience to explore the exhibits using our 5 senses. However we have to fast forward through various stations/ exhibits as we were told to move along quickly.

TeamLab Planets was a lot of fun, we enjoyed it tremendously ! The art is so different and so amazing, I've never seen anything like it. I also loved the fact that you have to make an appointment to enter the event and then they allow you to enter in small groupings so as not to get too crowded at any point in time.....it made it even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this event to anyone of any age visiting Tokyo, it's worth your time and money.
The museum itself ... unique ... a perfect mix of art and technology all totally immersive for the person experiencing it on their skin.

This interactive art museum is very nice to visit because of the feelings it evokes. I was very glad I went. It is well run and even though it was quite crowded you could visit all the rooms well. I suggest it, I think it is magical for children, but it is also magical for adults

Never seen before, magnificent, breathtaking, so "luminous"😂😂😂a unique experience. No waiting at the entrance to the museum, very well organized. Congratulations

The Tokyo teamlab was great. We didn't have to queue, were delighted with the experience and would recommend this activity to visitors to Tokyo. 5 pretty impressive places to see!

Loved the water/fish and led crystal room Also I dropped my Suica card and customer service were responsive and helpful in getting this back to me. Outstanding customer service - thank you
Is good but too many instructions and rules given in the moment that dont let you interact properly. You dont so inmersed as you have voices telling you what to do. Its funny but not awesome

Very trippy experience. Was quite amazing but unfortunately one of the rooms was closed. What we did experience I would recommend to others to put on your list of things to do in in Tokyo
The first room is really the only room that was super great. The rest was just okay. Everywhere you look all you see is people taking pictures of themselves/others. It got annoying very fast. I wish they had a rule about no smartphones so people could just enjoy the moment and maybe have a picture area at the very end.
Wonderful!!! A pity, though, that the groups on time reservation are so large and there is no time in between, so several groups end up mixed up at the exhibits. That takes away some of the magic.

Worth every penny! We had an extraordinary moment here. Our group comprised of 2+ kid, 30+ parents and 60+ granny; all of us shared the same joy and memorable time together. It's a must-to-visit! I will definitely return when i come back to Tokyo!
Was a incredible afternoon with my wife. The only problems were foreigners who broke the rules several times in order to get into the rooms earlier when the staff wasn't looking. Ridiculus. We have fallen in love with Japan, its culture and its people.

It was a unique experience which is not found elsewhere. My children particularly enjoyed the water section of the museum and so did I. It also did not feel over crowded. It was quite a special place.
The Museam was awesome, but the installation are not to frendly for going with babies (1 or 3 years), bathrooms without dayper change, it was raining and was not preference for us to goiong inside to wait without getting wet with the kids.
It was great to experience the art you can touch and involve more of your senses. Booked evening visit and it was lovely - especially the first exhibition looks even better. Very relaxing and exciting.
We had taken the tickets in advance so there were no queues. The orchid sensory experience is my favorite, although everything was great.

It was nice but I was very disappointed about the flowers experience. We didn't even stay for 2 minutes and the lady asked us to move to let other people come.
